Free Medical Clinic
Our clinic in Harar serves 800+ patients monthly with free treatment, medication, and medical devices. A typical patient can be treated for less than $8. We serve prisoners, homeless individuals, persons with disabilities, elderly people, orphans, and low-income families without discriminating against any ethnic groups, religion, or language.
Children's Housing
We gather girls living on the streets and provide safe, dignified housing, helping them become self-reliant citizens with a bright future. Currently, five beautiful girls call Siloam home. They receive medical check-ups, education, food, and every necessity of life.
Clean Water Initiative
In Harar, there is a severe water shortage. In some towns, water comes only once a month. When we discovered this problem at a local school, we dug a well and found groundwater close to the school area, providing clean water access for the community.
Community Outreach
We do not want patients to just come to our clinic — we go where they are. Our team visits towns, facilities, and houses to provide health check-ups, blood pressure monitoring, and medication delivery to those who cannot travel. We also partner with organizations like Abrha Bata to provide care for seniors.
